Sales are final purchases, not short-term rentals, unless separately agreed. Please confirm fabric, size, colour, design, quantity and intended use before placing an order. A conforming undamaged item bought in person is not returnable solely because an event or photo session has ended, except by mutual agreement or mandatory law. Distance purchases covered by Iranian e-commerce law retain the applicable statutory withdrawal period of at least seven working days and its legal exceptions. Genuinely personalized goods may fall within a legal exception. Custom production starts after artwork approval; changes after production begins are assessed according to work completed and the agreement. Defective or non-conforming products remain eligible for remedies required by law, including correction, replacement or refund as appropriate. Quotes, shipping charges and custom specifications are confirmed before final acceptance. Customers must have rights to any designs and logos they submit. No term waives mandatory consumer rights.
