Shipping and Returns

Production timelines, shipping methods, estimated delivery dates and transport costs depend on the product, quantity, destination and agreed order terms. Shipping charges, where applicable, are disclosed before order confirmation. Collection in person is available by prior arrangement. For in-store purchases, conforming undamaged goods are not returnable simply because an event has ended or the customer changed their mind, except by agreement or where required by law. Eligible distance purchases retain mandatory statutory cancellation rights and applicable exceptions. Truly personalized goods may qualify for an applicable legal exception. Report defective or incorrect items with your order details so an appropriate remedy can be arranged under applicable law.
